Is it allowed in Islam for two people to get married as in do the Nikkah but not the Sending off of the girl and she stays with her parents for about a year or two? Also during the period between Nikkah and Rukhsati is the husband supposed to be providing for her or parents can provide? Can they treat each other completely as husband/wife or are there any limitations?

ANSWER: This is permissible however, the husband is not obliged to provide for her until she starts living with him. They should not have intercourse either, unless her father approves it, as she is still in his house and people know that they have not consummated the marriage yet.

Sheikh, Please advise me if doing business with bank is permissible, like manufacturing or installation of ATM machines.

Why non muslims are tested by Allah sheikh sometimes even severely, but the quran says that the most severwly tested are the prophets . and the god fearing people . then why Allah tests non muslims and why doesnt Allah give them all happiness here only. because later they will enter hell by the will of Allah.hope u understood my question

ANSWER: Reciting it is by learning their meanings and by calling upon Allah with these beautiful names, you call Him with the suitable name according to your situation. For example, you want forgiveness, you say Ya Ghafoor.

My question is that can you give a commercial building of your own for rent to a bank ? Is it permissable ?because my father is a religious person and he is of the view that the principles or activities on which a Bank deal are prohibited in islam. So i need your guidence in this manner that would it be permissible to allow a bank to take your building as a rent or not ?

ANSWER: Your father is correct. If it’s a conventional riba(interest) based bank then this is totally prohibited because it’s assisting and facilitating haram. And Allah said in the Qur’an do not co operate each other in evil.

I have small patches of vitiligo.I have to put ointment in night.So before taking wudu i have to remove the ointments by rubbing.My parents say don’t rub that portion it will spread vitiligo.I told if not rubbed water will not reach.But my parents angrily telling if you rub that portion your salah will not accept because you are disobeying.What I do?I am in a mental tension.How salah will be valid

ANSWER: If this ointment doesn’t form a layer(which is most likely possible) and it absorbs into the skin and it does not block the water from reaching the skin, you don’t need to rub and your wudu would be valid. However, it is advisable that your perform wudhu first and then apply it.
