I’ve seen video by U explaining this matter in detail however U didn’t highlight following. Please clarify if following hadith classified by Albani should be taken into consideration & followed or one should leave it. ANSWER: The sheikh had rectified that and said that he made a mistake and graded it as weak in Adda’eefah 6121

Can I do Nikkah with my cszn. she is my milk sister also.Her mother has given me milk on some occassions…..Is he Mahram or Non Mahram for myself….is this Nikkah valid or not?

ANSWER: If her mother breastfed you more than 5 times when you were under 2 years of age then you’re her mahram and you cannot marry her. But if this is not the case then no problem in marrying her.

This is the first time I am going to give zakah on my jewels as it’s been a year since I got married.. I know that its allowed to give zakah to my husband if he’s in need.. But I feel little bad to give him because it maybe considered that he is PO.. anyways the zakah amount is to clear his loans..should he be my first priority in giving the zakah or what shall I do?

ANSWER: Zakat must be given to a poor or needy Muslim in the form of cash. If he is classified as such, you can give him from your zakat providing these loans are not interest based loans.

ANSWER: It is permissible for a shaved man to give the athan.

Shaykh how can we deal with doubts when we do not know the logic to refute it. Such as waswas of shaytans when he throws some doubts , and when we do not know the logic to refute it. Please tell me what should we do, because such waswas will lead us to destruction ! Remember, that I am not an expert in Mantiq (logic)

Sheikh,in our masjid there r two Adhans for Jummah prayer.After first Adhan the imam gives sermon(khutba) in mother tongue and after 2nd Adhan he gives sermon in arabic.As we know that the angels stop writing when the sermon starts. So do we consider the sermon from the first adhan or 2nd adhan.

ANSWER: If it is silk that is natural, you cannot wear it if you are a man.

At night I had sexual intercourse with my wife. She slept without doing ghusl bath, and she woke up in the morning menstrurating. Will she still do ghusl or she will wait until she finishes her menstrual period?

ANSWER: She must take ghusl in order to uplift the major sexual impurity so she could read Quran at least.

At the nearest mosque I usually pray from, they play a recorded Adhan whenever it’s time for swallah. Should I repeat after it, can I say the Dua that the prophet told us to say after the Adhan as this Adhan is not called by a person but rather it’s a recorded one.
