ANSWER: No, this is not kufr. No problem in accepting halal gifts on kufr festivals, the prohibition is in participating in their gatherings and celebrations or wishing them or gifting them.

But during periods day’s how i do recitation of QURAN?azkar and duas before bed washroom entrance evening I regularly offered..but quran I wish to recite every time but in these days I can’t..although I have memorize 2 paras since my childhood..I can revise them but my nafs used to say me wait upto bath don’t recite in beautiful nonstop recitation..

ANSWER: It is totally permissible to make all kinds of authentic dhikr throughout the day and night during menstruation and it is also permissible to recite the Qur’an during these days. The prohibition is only in touching the Qur’an with bare hands.

Sheikh, is it permissible to buy products online and directly send to a warehouse ,without never physically seeing the products, where they will package and deliver the products to the buyer.

ANSWER: If these are Islamic and don’t display the photos of women and don’t give direct access to them, this is permissible.

I brought online products but when they came they charged me only for one product while no money was taken for rest.so are rest products halal, i tried contacting but to no avail. It is to be noted that in past they have charged me more also few time, something a norm of most online store.so are the products halal for me to use eventhough i haven’t paid for them?

ANSWER: No, you must keep on contacting them to inform them of their mistake. If they say you can keep them as a gift, then there is no problem in using these products. Otherwise, you must value of it to poor Muslims.

Sheikh whats the ruling on giving adhan in loudspeakers whilst living among kuffar? If they say adhan in loudspeakers disturb them and they do not allow? In our area though it is allowed but many non muslim say it disturbs their sleep and so on.

ANSWER: If this is against the law then it must not be done, however if it’s legal then the volume must not be too much that others would be irritated by it.

I heard that doing tawaf with ablution is a must. If it is so, and on the way if ablution breaks off, is it a must to repeat tawaf? Can we not continue just like that , due to difficulty in repeating amidst large crowds during umrah

ANSWER: The most authentic opinion is that wudu is not required for doing tawaf.
