ANSWER: You can only remove the unibrow which is the hair on the area on top of the nose (between the eyes) which is not part of the eyebrows and nothing else.

ANSWER: Your wali is your elder brother. If he authorized your uncle to be your wali, this is valid. Otherwise you need to renew the marriage.

QUESTION: What should I do when my mother tells me to recharge the Dish TV? I try not to watch TV, but she always shouts at me if I deny. ANSWER: You’ll be sinful if you know for sure she watches haram things on tv and you must not help her or assist her on that while trying to explain to her and being diplomatic at the same time.

ANSWER: Your father has no right, NONE WHATSOEVER on your wife or what she does and where she goes etc as long as she has your consent.

QUESTION: In congregation or individual prayer, some people in masjid pray first 2 rakats in standing and then after tashahud remaining 2 rakats out of 4 in a ‘sitting’ position itself without any valid reason. Is it permissible and prayer is valid?

ANSWER: This is totally prohibited to do in fard prayers without a valid reason & the prayer would be invalid as standing up is a pillar in obligatory prayers.

QUESTION: I wanted to ask that in the hadith it says to not pray at midday ish time when the sun is overhead because hell is stoked up but throughout the earth, isn’t this time constantly happening?

ANSWER: It is constantly happening but if you coincide praying voluntary prayers despite the prohibition, you will get your share of that time, and Allah knows best. We believe and adhere and do not apply our logic over things we do not see and can’t comprehend except through belief.
