ANSWER: It is absolutely prohibited for men to wear anything made of gold. It is not permissible for men to wear bracelets and necklaces of any metal as this is imitating women and the disbeliever men.

I’m aware that men can’t wear below the ankle. I want to know how women’s dress should be, can they wear below the ankle or can’t. Pls clarify.

This is the tradition in my society in the month of rajab that people make duaa & say if their wish will b completed by Allah they will make a sweet dish.they say ” oo Allah’s wali plzz make duaa for us to Allah & if our wish will b completed we will make NIYAZ on that sweet dish of Ur name”.now following ur videos & other scholars now this seems completely wrong.

Shirk and its different forms

ANSWER: This is shirk and takes a person out of the fold of Islam!

Can i pray witr with my wife in congregation? And is it mment to be read out aloud in all rakahs or silent? Weather its 1,3,5,7 ect…

ANSWER: No problem. The Prophet salla Allahu alaih wa Sallam used to do this with mother Aisha, May Allah be pleased with her. You should pray it aloud.

What is the ruling of cutting nails. Why some people wash the nails and bury after cutting. is it not permissible to just put the nails in the dustbin. How should we dispose it. For woman when they r in mensus, they used to wash and bury the nails. is that correct way of disposing ?

ANSWER: What such people are doing is a clear innovation! Why not shroud the nails and pray funeral prayer on them as well?

Sheikh a lot of people have told me there’s no zakat on diamonds or precious stones as these are just stones. What is the ruling since i belive that these can be looked at as savings too

ANSWER: They’re right, there’s no zakat on diamonds and other precious stones when used as jewelry. But if a person trades in them, he must give zakat on it.

Sheikh my question is that if we get to know a bout sharai pardah at the age of 22 and before that our we took group photos with our university friends and chilhood photos with relatives.And now all the friends get married,we cant take that pictures from them.So would it be sin on us forever whenever any non mehrum would see them?What can we do now

ANSWER: Try to ask your friends who are from the same gender to delete those pictures. Other than that, there is no sin on you as you did that out of ignorance and as long as you had repented, Allah will forgive that sin.

My daughter has become disobedient and does whatever she likes, We live in Canada and she refuse to listen to us. She is dresses up unislamically. I had taught her everything but now she doesn’t follow anything. She is 21 now and says it’s her life and she will do what she likes cause she is an adult.I pray day & night .what do I do with her ?

ANSWER: This is one of the greatest setbacks of living in a Kafir country! You don’t have much choice in all of this as you can’t do anything to her as this is against the county’s laws. All what you can do is give her sincere advice and never approving anything haram she is doing!
