I heard the lecture of Bidatee aalim namely Dr.Tahirul Qadri he said, in a hadith Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said the Qatil of imam Hussain (R.A) will be Yazeed. Reference of the hadith according to him “Mustadrak Hakim” …My question is who is responsible for this murder?

I didn’t find this hadeeth and I believe that it is fabricated and a lie. As for our responsibility, we have no responsibility. We love Al Husain, may Allah be pleased with him and despise and hate who killed him. But any one who tries to utilize on this calamity is deviant.

I read this Hadith and i did not understand the last part why did the Prophet Mohammad PBUH say (Do not swear). kindly help. Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas: A man came to Allah’s Apostle and said, “I saw in a dream, a cloud having shade. Butter and honey were dropping from it and I saw the people gathering it in their hands, some gathering much and some a little. And behold, there was a rope extending from the earth to the sky, and I saw that you (the Prophet) held it and went up, and then another man held it and went up and (after that) another (third) held it and went up, and then after another (fourth) man held it, but it broke and then got connected again.” Abu Bakr said, “O Allah’s Apostle! Let my father be sacrificed for you! Allow me to interpret this dream.” The Prophet said to him, “Interpret it.” Abu Bakr said, “The cloud with shade symbolizes Islam, and the butter and honey dropping from it, symbolizes the Quran, its sweetness dropping and some people learning much of the Qur’an and some a little. The rope which is extended from the sky to the earth is the Truth which you (the Prophet) are following. You follow it and Allah will raise you high with it, and then another man will follow it and will rise up with it and another person will follow it and then another man will follow it but it will break and then it will be connected for him and he will rise up with it. O Allah’s Apostle! Let my father be sacrificed for you! Am I right or wrong?” The Prophet replied, “You are right in some of it and wrong in some.” Abu Bakr said, “O Allah’s Prophet! By Allah, you must tell me in what I was wrong.” The Prophet said, “Do not swear.”

Prophet said that follow my sunnah and sunnah of my khulafa rashideen. So then is it sunnah to follow the rule of triple talaq that was changed by Umar as it will be following sunnah of a caliph? But it contradicts Quran and hadith? So it’s a confusion… Also if it was not correct then how come other sahabas allowed hazrat umar to take such a decision?

Both are Sunnah and it is up to the Islamic ruler or judge to carry out either one of them.

Another muslim told me that Khalid bin Waleed(ra) is a war criminal, he killed a praying muslim called Malik bin nuwaiyrah because he had a beautiful wife, he married his wife straight away and raped her all night, also that Umar bin khattab(ra)wanted to slay Khalid bin Walid for this, is this true?

This is a lie. He killed that man because he and his people didn’t say that they were Muslims and Khalid thought that they were not. As for the allegation of raping and other things, these are lies.

Some say you cant use the wordt HAZRAT because it means that the person is present,. FOR EXAMPLE THEY SAY U CANT SAY HAZRAT UMAR because he is dead

This is not true. Hazrat here means the respected one. this is not Arabic but I believe it is originally Turkish.

Is there any Sahabi who once or occasionally ignored the Fajr/Zuhr/Asr/Maghreb/Esha congregational prayer in the masjid and prayed the salaah individually in his house WITHOUT A VALID EXCUSE?
