I am christian and I am maried for more than one year i start to have a lot of muslim girls as a friend and i start to learn about islam . Sheikh.what is the evidence that a girls father is her wali.at my place they think that anyone can be a wali of a girl even if her father is alive and she runs away?

It is the consensus of scholars that the father is the wali in the presence of the son. The other relatives are derived from the distribution of inheritance and how they classified the brother to be closer than paternal uncle and that the uncle is closer than the cousin etc.

I triend to neglect the weather and continue to pray salah at the masjid. But I got sick. After I became well,again I started to go the masjid,but once again I became sick! Now shaykh,in this circumstances,could I pray the Fajr,Maghrib & Isha salahs at home instead of going to masjid after I become well until summer comes?

This is something between you and Allah. If you know that this is essential for your health, this is permissible. But if you go out and live normal life except that you don’t go to the masjid, this is not permissible.

This is what the Prophet salla Allahu alaihiwa sallam forbade us to pray in and he told us that the sun rises and sets between the horns of Satan and this is when the idol worshippers prostrate to it.

I hear the adhan and iqaamah from the masjid.Me being a lady at home,Can I make dua in between the two or do my dua,say Iqaamah before I start my salah by myself? Is it necessary for a lady praying at home to say iqamaah?
