This marriage is correct but it is not recommended as so many similar marriages took place and ended up by the husband denying such a marriage.

No, she can’t. as long as the contract is done without conditions, they can’t add things to it unless the husband agrees.

If a muslim marries a non-muslim, not ahle kitaab but hindu. Will his marriage count? And everytime he has sex with her even after an official marriage contract it will be considered doing zina with that non-muslim woman.
