In regard to bayaan before khutbah on friday. What is your opinion of the correct ruling, as there is evidence that it is bidah and also evidence that its something prescribed in islam?

Ya Shaykh . one sister is getting married in the masjid Insha Allaah. During her wedding she is in her menstruation and the arrangement is restricted only to the Masjid . If he enters a masjid and prays only Fard, this is enough and he doesn’t need to pray 2 rak’ah tahiyatul masjid unless he wants to sit before praying the fard.
