If during the exams you show someone answers of some questions from your answer book or dictate it to him or sumone else helps you in copying in the same manner, would that be regarded as cheating? If yes, what should i do now apart from repenting to Allah?

Yes, this is cheating. You can only repent, show Allah sincere remorse and ask Him for forgiveness.

Working in a riba-based bank without directly dealing with riba and depositing money in such a bank.I work in a bank in a particular country, in a department that does not deal with riba-based transactions, but the central bank does deal with interest and it is a government foundation. No, it is not.

I wanted to ask regarding backbiting.Sometimes, when I am with my mum, she might be eager to tell me a story. Before she even starts getting in to the details, I have this feeling that she is going to backbite a person. This may happen with my friends also.They know that I do not like backbiting. But, my mother would probably say to me that she is just telling me something, and my freind might say too me that she is not going to name the person, she just wants to tell me her experience. So where are the boundaries? How will I know when to stop them so they stop backbiting?

If it is a story you don’t know those involved and it is without mention names, it is not backbiting.

Is it correct to judge people to be kaafirs if they dress like them .for example girls who wear jeans and t shirts in the streets?

This is wrong and a person who does this is sinful. Wearing jeans and tight clothes does not nullify Islam.

How to differentiate between sin and shirk (especially major shirk) Example:1# If a person does many haram acts because of his desire and continues it without fearing Allah then will it be just a sin or it will be considered as he is following his desire _is it shirk as mentioned in Quran [45:23] “Have you seen he who has taken as his god his [own] desire, and Allah has sent him astray due to knowledge and has set a seal upon his hearing and his heart and put over his vision a veil? Haram is anything that is a sin and it is not permissible. Major sins are things like fornication drinking intoxicants. Minor sins are things like looking at the opposite sex and listening to music.
