Mubah, makruh, mustahab ?” He is just talking about visiting , in order to make salah and show solidarity with the Palestinian cause . Jzk.What should I advise him shaikh ?

Wa alaikum salaam This is an issue of dispute. I personally feel that it gives legitimacy to the occupier and one should not throw himself in harms way as nothing stops them from detaining any Muslim.

Wa alaikum salaam When the Imam enters the masjid and says Assamaunalaikum, it is prohibited to sell or buy until the prayer is over.

My husband gave one divorce after that six month later one day he wasdrunk said i divorce u i divorce u but did not remember we ask mufti he said two divorce were applied and renew our nakiha.After 18 months he said if u went to ur parent home I will divorce u next day Infront of him I went parent home he gave me permission with i went withmy uncle he SMS never came again I left u .Mufti said ur divorced but he refuse I am in my parent home From 18 months and apply for khulabec i think i am divorce but before my case went to Arbitration court where khula certificate issue i think i am wrong i regularly watch PEACE tv please help me and tell me wht should i do ur my last hope pl guide me.

Assalamu alaikum This is an issue for the court to give the verdict in. However, the divorce of a drunk doesn’t take place.

Can I ask for divorce if my husband doesnt work we live @ my parent. He does receive money from the government. But im not pleased. He finds working hard cause he has ADD (other form of ADHD). We found out after marriage. He always stays home sitting in my room. I bring his food upstairs ect. I dont like to have intercourse with him. I do love him and he is religious. But i dont want to be married to him, and am affraid that i cant give him his rights. And disobey Allaah doing so.

This is up to you! You have to evaluate and weigh the situation especially if you have children together. You can divorce him if you are unable to live with him or give him his rights fully!

Wa alaikum salaam It seems to be permissible as long as it doesn’t go out of its way to resemble songs.

I want know about abortion within 40 days is allowed or not? Because my wife is pregnant less than 1 month for the 3rd time my younger daughter is 6 month old during second pregnancy as well as delivery she had lots of complications thats why doctors didn’t allow her for 2/3 years and they advice for an abortion because she cannot bear the hardships of pregnancy and it will harm to mother as well as baby. Are we allowed to do this within limits of Islam and we do not want to do any sin.

My friend & her husband are divorced. They are battling custody of their son (7 years) in court. The husband wants one of his friends to give evidence against the woman saying she is carrying on with a married kafir man. In fact she IS carrying on and it is a known fact to everyone.
