I am quite confused with the Miswaq. As I used to wash the Miswaq every time before and after I clean my teeth and tongue. Now a Sheikh has mentioned that I have to cut the part everyday by which I do clean my teeth and tongue and at the same I am not confused.

I heard people say that the schollars have agreed that the prophet (pbuh) made some mistakes in regards to some of the hadith, as those were from his own mind, so they calssify the hadiths in two, those that are from Allah and must be obeyed and bieleved and those from the prophet (pbuh) in which there can be mistakes (due to him being human). is this true.

There isn’t any such thing! If the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam does something or say something that was wrong, Allah corrects it. This is only for scholars to discuss.

I wish to have a secure relationship with Allah but I fear my sins would detach him from keeping his love even if it was earnt. although we always sin, then it makes me feel distant and afraid of how he may see. how can we have a secure close relationship with Allah is it only the best that we can hope for it?

You can read all parts of the Quran when you’re on your menses, provided you do not read from the actual book, rather from digital media.

does the muqtadi have to say the ista’aadha and basmallaah in the 1st rakah or does the imam cover for him? and does the muqtadi have to say the basmallaah before the imam starts fatiha in the 2nd rakah or the surah after fatiha in the 2nd rakah as well?

It is permissible to give children toys that have the shape of humans or animals. It is not permissible to have these drawings on the clothes of children.

ANSWER: With t-shirts, they don’t play with these images but rather they wear them! Toys are exempted from the prohibition as an exception and not the rule. Everything else remains under the prohibition.

I wanted to ask about the splitting of the moon by the prophet (saw), as we know the moon can be seen at the same time in many different places so why wasn’t the splitting or the miracle recorded in for example the roman books or etc as at its time of happening many other than in the arab peninsula should of seen it

We didn’t read all of their books to know whether someone recorded it or not. As Muslims, we could care less! We have the greatest book that confirms it. Who cares whether it was recorded by the kafirs or not?
