Please can you advise if I cannot remember my exact intention the night before fasting which I had wanted to be to fast arafah with combined intention to make up my ramadan fast, will this fast still be accepted for both or do I have to repeat?

There is no specific duah but you must lower your gaze and if you are not able to get married fast, Avoid all means that entice your sexual drive such as Internet, tv or video clips.

if someone uses tayyamum to remove the state of major ritual impurity and then goes to the toilet, time passes and he then can use water to perform wudu but not ghusl. Can he perform wudu with this water or must he perform tayyamum again?

This is waswas and you have to ignore it. Get closer to Allah through learning more about the Quran and sunnah and practicing them more and these whispers will disappear.

Is it permissible to eat meat that has halal certificate? Some people say they doubt whether it’s halal or not so I’m confused.

When times of performing dhikar I tend to say it with the tongue n feel it with my heart. Once I manage my heart to feel it while my tongue is engaging in dhikar, I suddenly receive tranquility n peace of heart. Once I received it I stop from further continuing the dhikar n enjoy the pleasant moments of peace. Now my question, is this way of performing dhikar acceptable??
