I was just wondering if you could answer this: it is said that thamud built the buildings in al hijr but other people say that it was the nabataeans and the buildings are dated to 400 bc and we know thamud existed before Abraham and more and likely thamud and aad were close to noah and we know noah existed atleast 70 thousand years bc or probably even before that so you see the problem it doesn’t make sense and a few hadith suggest that these buildings were built by thamud but the dates say the buildings were built 400 bc. just an athiest gave me this question and I didn’t know what to say

Q: When someone passed away we attend condolence ceremony at the mosque so they served food provide by deceased family. it very important in our cultural but i didn’t eat and left so if i do not attend these kind of condolence in future am I sinful? need ur kind help.

Should a person praying behind an Imam throughout the entire Salaah do the Prostration of Forgetfulness if he made a mistake of his own which would have required him to do the Prostration after the Salaam if he had been praying on his own?

The other day i was discussing about Islam with one of a non-believing friend of mine (a hindu to be precise), he inquired so i warned him about the judgement day and the hell and the hereafter. And all of a sudden he asked me that why i am born into a hindu family while you are born into a muslim family, and if Allah wanted me to follow Islam he would have given me birth into a muslim family. why only you (he meant me) are born into a muslim family why not me ? i didnt have any proper answer for his questions so i told him to wait for a while so that i can get the answers. if you give the answers of these questions that’ll be really helpful.
