Assalaamu alaykum! I’d like to ask when paying zakaah this year do I have to include also the taxmoney which I will be receiving on december this year? Last year when I worked I paid too much taxes and this year on december I will receive them back. I know how much they are. Do I have to include them in this years zakaah even if I don’t have them yet? JazakAllaahu khairan

Is it true that the husband only has to provide for he wife at the same economic level the wife was raised in and not higher than that? Let’s say the wife was born poor and her husband is really rich..so does the husband provide and maintain her in a poor level she was raised in? Or does he have to maintain her in the rich level he lives at present in and was raised in?

Allah didn’t make a limit on this. Therefore, it is up to the man’s generosity as long as he is giving her the essentials.

My brother-in-law humiliates me and my husband a lot. From the time I got married he is doing this. I feel so stressed that always I feel like taking revenge on him; even during Salah, shaitan is increasing this thought. Please tell me how to come out of this? Should I behave in normal way to him because now I just avoid him and his wife and only reply for salam that’s it.

A person backbite against me to my friend, and this creates misunderstanding. The matter is not so serious, but i fear that this may cause bigger problem in future. So should i discuss this with my friends that the person is wrong? Or just be patient? It is to be mentioned that the person is telling lies about me to my friends.

You should stand up to yourself and defend your reputation by showing him that this person is a liar.

How should we behave and talk with non Muslims, like, when we see non Muslim doctors or even our neighbours or people on the streets? Should we speak in a polite manner?
