If a woman forms the intention of making up an obligatory fast during night, goes to sleep and then wakes up after Fajr and decides not to fast (since she missed Suhr due to sleep and hence fasting would be difficult), would she be sinful?

I have heard that if one smokes, drinks and or does drugs, their prayers and fast and ibadah will not be accepted until 40 days. How true is this? Can you please explain it in the light of a Saheeh hadeeth? JAZAK ALLAH KHAIR.

I trust our Saudi officials responsible for guarding our boarders and ensuring that only acceptable products are imported. I’ve been fasting for so long and even during pregnancy. At the beginning of this pregnancy I couldn’t fast at all so I stopped the 3 days and Mondays Thursdays. After the 1st trimester I gave it a shot and ended up with Mondays and Thursdays only. Now that I am at the end I can’t make them because when I break I’m completely exhausted therefore I decided to stop but it saddens me! So what should do? I’m so afraid Allah will be mad because I didn’t do my best. Please advise Jazakalahu khair.

Assalamoalikum. I have some friends who belong to a sect that keeps the fast early and opens it bit late. Just want to know if sometimes i am invited on iftar at their place, and my iftar time approaches ( i belong to Sunni Sect), can i delay my iftar in order to give respect to their fast, because opening it at my time may come under an inappropriate act as far as the respect for other sect goes. Please suggest if it is ok this way or i should open it at my time strictly what comes may.

If my parents tell me to not fast sunnah days for no valid reason or reasons that I think are not true, as for example: do not fast because you have exams, do not fast because you re thin and you have to eat, Do I have to obey? ?? Or can I fast whatever I want and whenever I want even if they get upset?

Assalamu alaikum sheikh, my periods is soon followed by reddish brown discharge. The color is sometimes the same as the periods or slightly different.i am not sure whether this is menstrual blood or not. I am even confused about its odor. Altogether it takes 14 days.I am confused whether should I wait until the discharge is pearl white to pray and fast.
