Assalamu alaikum. I intend to fast this ramadan and i live with my mum and dad and don’t have money to move elsewhere. My dad smokes in the house and is not well he has been told not to but he still does it. Also other people may smoke in our house who do not listen so i was concerned that if i could smell cigarette smoke that my fast would be broken but i don’t know what to do. What am i to do?

Wa alaikum salam, Your fasting would be valid as you are not smoking yourself. Simply don’t join them when they smoke.

Yesterday I had a guest in y home and he was sleeping in my room. I went to the living room to do istigfar of one thing wrong I did and pray also. In this living room there are photos over the wall about my parents and me me and my sisters and also there are some toys of babys. I went to this room so I can be alone with Allah to seek repetence of that? Can be accepted ??

Assalamu alaikum, Your prayer is valid, however we are instructed to remove these photos or at least cover them.

Asalamwalikum, i am from Bangladesh, and growing up, we have been taught that we have to do all the sunnah rakat and prayer wont be valid if we dont do it. I have learned otherwise from ur show that it is a sin to think that and if u only do fard prayer it is valid. Please show me proof for that and explain it to me. I feel guilty when i skip sunnah and want to feel at ease if i do.

Wa alaikum salam, All the sunnah prayers are not obligatory. Look anywhere for the five pillars of Islam! The second pillar is only the 5 daily prayers and not their sunnah as well.

Assalamualikum sheikh I have a work during Ramadan after iftar so it’s ok for me to pray isha with jama nd then finish the work and join again with jama to pray taraweeh ?sometimes I may reach and see taraweeh is finished ,is it ok for me if I pray alone?

Wa alaikum salam, This is permissible as long as you pray each prayer on time in congregation. Taraweeh is not mandatory.

SALAM alykum.there’s a guy who went to the hospital complaining of pre mature ejaculation, like when stressed out,after undergoin tests the doctor said he has a fast reproductive system makin the sac full and needs to expiate,after drugs prescription,doctor advised masturbation or sex at least once a week cus there is high risk even death,at this point wat is he advised to do?,any natural remedy?
