i heard hadeets one has to recite surah fatiha in all rakah or else prayer is invalid also heard if someone came late to masjid and got rukoo with imam in the salah his rakah will be valid , so do i have to repeat the rakah or it will be enough.

There are some scholars who say that 3 talaq in one sitting counts as 3, thus a marriage is nullified. There are also some scholars who say that 3 talaq in one sittings counts as only 1? I am a freelancer and I am on my Computer most of the times working on various Brain-storming tasks. The balance of cash in my bank account increases and decreases each month. Eg: June 12000 ;July 10,000 ;August 11200; September 13,000. If I pay zakah on 10,000 which is balance I have held for whole year. In August 2016 will I need to pay zakah on 1200 (11200-10,000). Since I would have held it for one year. Please explain how to calculate easily.
