I want to fast the 6 days of Shawwal to attain the reward of fasting for a year. I missed some days in Ramadan due to menses. Do i have to make up missed days b4 i can fast these 6 days? or will fasting in these 6 days mean I’m making up my skipped days and I will not get the reward for an entire year?

I’ve always been suffering from intrusive thoughts & waswas & anxiety. Sometimes I get bad thoughts about a relative, maybe when Im angry or upset or anxious or just like that & then after many days I get those thoughts again & feel guilty & anxiety & feel like withdrawing myself from these relatives. Is it permissible for a muslim lady to do a job ( safest job) like teaching or professorship in any educationalai institue or university even after marriage while maintaing her modesty and her islamic values? If no then why are we girls getting so higher education? should we stop it?
