Zakat must be given to the poor and needy! If you believe that these are not professional beggars, you can give them from the zakat money.

As we keep fast on 9th and 10th Muharram And if someone missed the fast of 9th muharram can she keep only 10th muharram or she has to keep on 11th as one scholar said so .

My cousin asked me that she was in her fifth day of menses & it had completely got over but she had not yet taken ghusl. that night she had intercourse with her husband. what is the ruling on it? please explain it so she could take care not to repeat such a thing. is there any expiation required?

The expiation is that the man has to pay sadaqah or charity. He has to give expiation of what equals 4.25 grams of gold.
