I would like to know Reciting Athan to newborn baby’s ear is permissible sunnah? And Iqama in left ear?

This is not authentic nor sunnah

I’m married to a man who doesn’t perform prayer and when I remind him to pray he just says I will n never does and when I continuesly remind him he shouts at me and says I don’t pray for, so sheikh my question is, can I refuse to sleep with him /cook for him and will it be danbi/ sin to live with him?

If he refuses to pray, you must warn him that you will divorce him. If he still doesn’t pray, leave him and file divorce as he is not praying at all and refusing it is an act of apostasy.

After fajr salah and say after half an hour after that can a person sleep and later the women get up after 2 hours to do the general chores of house work and men to get ready to go for duty of job.Is it forbidden to sleep after fajr salah or can one sleep?

Yes, you can go to sleep after Fajr salah.

When I join the congregation late then in the last Tashahud with the congregation should I only read Attahiyat or Durood-e-Ibrahim should also be read? And when I join the congregation from 4th Rakah, and get up to continue my prayer from the 2nd Rakah, then in the 2nd Rakah should I read a Surah after reading Surah Al-Fatihah or not?

You should read all what you can read as there isn’t any silence in prayer where you don’t say a thing.

I lost most of d few frends i had and i am now doing a degre in another country and my dad always snds money because things are not easy without support. The money that your father send to you is halal for you, the sin is on your father not you. Keep on advising him. May Allah guide your family and grant you steadfastness.

A sister asks: What is the penalty of a person who kissed somebody else while beeing married. The person did say La ilaha illAllah but still was in time of ignorance. If a surah after fatihah is omitted then. Will his prayer be invalid

Prayer is valid with just the recitation of al Fatiha, although one is missing out on a sunnah by not reciting another surah. The prayer is valid.

If one decides to give certain amount of money as sadka but then does not give it. Is that a sin ?

my sister has asked this query, when I shared with her about prostration of thankfulness. We have a practice of offering two rakahs salat for thankfulness ( shukrana); is it an authentic and valid practice, instead or along with prostration, which is authentic.
