my sister going to Umrah in sha Allah this week.my question is some one told her once she make the niyaa near miqat in the state of ahram we must not sleep.is [1] this true.what if they r very tired n they got a nap.

This is baseless. You can stay in your Ihram for days if you wish.

Is it permissible to skip prayer due to illness or sickness? Ex:- because of fever.

If you referring to skipping prayer with the congregation, this is permissible when a person is ill.

If a person commits adultory and every time he repents and seeks forgiveness of Allah, but after somedays he again indulge in the same sin, but he is always repentant and do toba. Is that person comes under the heading of khabees?? he offers his prayers 5 times a day and every time repents for his sins.

The issue of repentance is between him and Allah as He alone is the Judge. To us, he is indeed Khabeeth and no one should give him their daughter or sister in marriage until he is truly repented from such filth.

My husband always chatting with non-mahram. Some conversations are flirtatious and inviting to adultery. He also sits with friends who drink alcohol. He takes religious matters lightly. He curses a alot, introduce movies and musics to our children. I have made so many arrangements for religious classes. Some he has attended. My questions: (1) Is he a munafiq? (2) How do I end the marriage?

This is a statement of disbelief.

My father is 70 years old and is on medication. This medication can be taken outside fasting hours however at his age he beginning to find the fasting, especially the long hours in the UK difficult as he experiences from a lot of thirst immediately after suhoor. He has fasted all his life but is asking if it permissible to give fidyah this year? Is this allowed for him?
