Can my husband or brother lead the ladies of the house in salaah. What is the proper way of doing it and will it be more rewarding??

During the last ten nights of Ramadan, can we still perform the usual 8 rakaahs of taraweeh + 3 rakaahs of witr or do we have to step it up and pray more in order to get the reward of praying the whole night in laylatul Qadr?

Both are permissible. If you prolong the 11 Rakah to include a long time, this is best.

Suppose i recite sura alaq after fatiha in salah & finished recitation with it. Should i perform sujud at-tilawa immediately then stand up again then go to ruku then go to sujud? Or is it sufficient to go to ruku then go to sujud?

The sunnah is to offer the sujood but it is not mandatory.

is it better to pray Tahajjud in the congregation or at home privately cause my mosque is praying Tahajjud for the last 10 days.

It is best to pray it all in the masjid with the congregation.

If we r in any conversation whether its in phone or face to face, end of our conversation we usually say goodbye or allah hafiz, or fi amanillah or ma’assalama. What is the best to use ? Or what is sunnah?

The sunnah is to greet the muslims with salam – assalamu alaikum – when meeting them and when parting with them. However, whatever you have mentioned is permissible to be said.

It is said that men in jannat will b given hoors or women will have only their husbands. Won’t women in jannat feel jealousy for their husbands as they will go with hoors as women feel jealousy when his husband talks to some other in this world ?

While praying zuhr, asr or the raqahs in which the imam doesn’t recite loudely, do the people praying behind him have to recite for their own self or just wait silently for the Imam without reciting anything else and just go into rukuh whenever he says allah hu Akbar ?

You have to recite fatiha, and it is sunnah to recite some other surahs also. If you don’t recite the Fatiha in silent Rakah, your prayer is void and invalid.
