I have given five hunderd thausand (500000)doller on loan to four(4) deffrint people i have been giving zakat for the last four years and still i am not sure when they are going return me the money or even i am not sure if they are going to give me all my money so now should i wait till i get money and then give ZAKAT or should i keep giving ZAKAT.

If you ask them for the money every year and insist on getting it back and they apologize that they don’t have or refuse to give it back, there is no zakat on it until you receive it! But if you are shy to ask, then you must pay zakat every single year.

Today i came to a place where i disnot know which side was qibla and i wanted to pray. So instead of missing the prayer in doubt of qibla direction i just spread the prayer mat n prayed. Will my prayer be accepted or should i go home and pray again?

This is not permissible. Praying to the qibla is a condition of prayer. You must try your level best either by looking at the position of the sun to find out the directions or to check a compass or your mobile or ask the locals or check the masjid.

Is Tahiyyat Al Masjid a Sunnah Muaqaddah or a nafil sunnah? I’m confused because I’m aware there was an incident when a man came to Jumu’ah and sat down during the khutbah, the Prophet (Peace and Blessings be upon him) asked him to get up and pray two Sunnah, could you please explain

He has to show deep remorse and should sincerely repent and make up this day after Ramadaan but before next Ramadaan.

As, for men, I know that they can’t wear gold. But in some cultures, new born baby boys are gifted gold rings.So, isn’t this also wrong?

I live in a counsel house and the tenancy is on my father’s name, we have been living in the house for a while and if we buy will get a discount around 70 to 75% there are 2 options to buy, 1. Through paying the full money at once( which we do not have), 2. To mortgage the house which will include riba and which we will be able to afford. Can you please explain in detail.

It is not permissible to go for mortgage. Try to borrow from friends and relatives or continue to pay rent.

In the past a person would give me stolen gifts and I would use them out of ignorance. I don’t have these things now but must I pay a charity in their price since I used them in the past?
