Someone took out a haram mortgage 25 years ago and have repented for doing so. Is it permissible to claim back PPI which is a mortgage protection insurance which was an additional fee sold without knowledge to the buyer.

I suffer a lot with either sihir or hassad, I’ve done ruqya a lot but keeps suffering, am I allowed to pray , cry and ask Allah to punish who ever is doing this to me. This is useless! Focus on making ruqya on yourself and devoting your efforts in making sincere Duaa while expressing your poverty and humility to Allah. Be confident that only He can cure you and you have no alternative but to make sincere Duaa and anticipate the response no matter how long it takes.

I have couple family members whom I give zakah money every month. I pay let’s say my 2.5 % of wealth will be $6,000 I pay according to that and I can’t wait till end of the year to give them zakat money because they need money every month to survive so is it ok for me to give them money every month instead of waiting till end of year because they need it.

Last year’s zakat must be paid immediately once it is due. You can’t give it in installments. However, you can estimate next year’s zakat and give it on monthly basis and once the date is due, you calculate how much you gave and if there is a balance left, give it on the spot.

Reading/Reciting the Quran

Listening to him is a good deed and reading in the Quran while he is reciting it is also permissible as long as you are not praying behind him.

At the end of my sunnah prayer, I thought I forgot to read du’aa’ al-istiftaah. I wasn’t sure, and I regularly get doubts so I ignored it and began my witr prayer. Should I have made prostration of forgetfulness? Was I wrong to decide not to do prostration of forgetfulness?

It is a sunnah and even if you deliberately leave it, the prayer is valid.

i wanna marry but I’m only 16 and I don’t have a job.If I talk to my parents they won’t support as they’re not religious and they don’t pray.Im from USA and it’s nearly impossible to stay away from haram and not do any haram acts.All my friends have bf or gf.I don’t do any relationship with any of my friends although I’ve a lot of female friends.Waiting isn’t a solution for me as I’m very weak.
