Sheikh, if I sit in a chair in the Masjid, you said to put the chair back and stand in line with the other worshippers but the problem is that they won’t be able to make sujood or ruku. What to do?

ANSWER: The easiest way is that when you go the position of sujood, you step one step forward while pulling the chair with you. This will leave the whole row for the one behind you to prostrate normally. Once you stand up, you push the chair backwards and stand inline.

After hairfall people spit on that hair before throwing away….is it innovation. Like they take the hair from the comb and spit.

ANSWER: This is totally prohibited as it’s an innovation.

Can we just purify our clothes where urine drop fall or shoud we wash the whole trouser or shalwar to purify the cloth? I mean if I just saw the drop while going toilet and pick that portion of cloth and wash the only affected portion with water and wear it again then does my prayer valid or not?

ANSWER: No problem in washing only the spot on which there is urine and you can pray in those clothes.

It has been difficult growing my beard because I’ve lost friends who mocked me, my own family always tell me to shave it, at bigger family gatherings I am always picked on for my beard and I even got rejected by a job and the man told me if I was to shave it I would of got the job. ANSWER: The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam and his companions were tested by far more sever tests than this and they were steadfast and didn’t budge!

Is it true to do hijrah to a country who rules by shari’a? Or is it enough for the ruler to be a Muslim who prays for the country to be a Muslim country?

ANSWER: It is best to go to a country that implants sharia. If this is not possible, then the closer possible to that.

ANSWER: For a customer to take advantage of this, this is fine. For a company to choose to offer this discount , this is celebrating such an event and this is not permissible.

ANSWER: It’s not necessarily true. One of the conditions for repentance to be valid is for you to feel deep remorse and it can accompany crying or it may not.

Can a girl perform namaaz while with make up,like before going to marriages can one perform wudhu then do make up and when the time comes she can perform namaaz in some corner of function hall ?? Please reply

ANSWER: No problem as long as the wudu is not broken. It is not permissible for non mahram to see her in her make up.

ANSWER: No. You must wash the affected areas, clothes and make new wudu after the time of that prayer comes and then you must pray and if urine comes out even while praying then you’re exempted.

Can i silently,without telling my parents, accept/give my permission to pay my zakat on my wealth. I dont have to announce it to them right? I can just keep it in my heart?

ANSWER: The question is not clear! If it’s your wealth then it’s mandatory that you give them permission verbally or in writing to pay zakat on it on your behalf.
