While doing wudu(ablution) for the purpose of performing salat in bathroom, can we say “bismillah”? If not, in that case, can we say “bismillah” before entering bathroom so that it works like saying “bismillah: before wudu(ablution)?

I’ve committed Zina multiple times even by knowing how strictly it is prohibited. Now I have regrets of my past actions. I belong to a well practicing family, seeing my brothers marrying pious women. I make dua’a for my forgiveness & Alhamdulillah I’ve changed now. Sheikh my question is that when we are reciting or listening to a naat( a naat is a poetry that speaks well of Holy Prophet SAW) are we supposed to send blessing on prophet Muhammad SAW each time we hear his name? Because if we could then, reciting the naat becomes very difficult, and all the people I see reciting naat, they don’t send blessings when reciting it?
