Medical science says that cousin marriage doubles the chance of birth defects..and islam doesn’t encourage to do anything that is harmful. Then why is cousin marriage allowed in islam?!..Do cousin sisters are to be dressed same as non-mahrams in front of cousin brothers?! Even the first cousins cant be normal brother and sister?

ANSWER: Asking her to make dua for you is permissible.  You should do the ruqyah yourself. Asking others to make ruqyah on you takes one out of the 70,000 that will be admitted to Jannah without account.
