Despite my prayers for protection, i lost my money $1.8k while trying to help someone mother to pay hospital bill but it was scammed instead. Since the money does not come back to me, is that mean it’s not my rezki? What are best prayer to calm myself for losing the money. I felt so stupid

ANSWER: This is not necessarily the case! This was a test from Allah and it might have also been a lesson for you for being impulsive and taking the wrong decisions without thinking or consulting or making sure of what is going on.

Is it authentic that adam,yunus a.s were forgiven on the day of ashoora? It was the day when isa a.s was lifted to heavens, idris got relieved from his disease,our Rasool s.a.w declared his prophecy on this day,Nooh a.s ship reached the shore, Ibrahim a.s got rid of namrud?? Is this authentic or true that all these events happened on 10th muharram i.e Ashoora?

ANSWER: This is all baseless!

I heard that surah baqarah and al imran will give shafa’ah in the judgement day. I started completing this 2 surahs each week Alhamdulillah from last Ramadan, i continued this way (though it is only 3 months) If i die today, will i get shafa’ah from these surahs?

My parents are involved in making special dishes on special days of Muharram(fatiha, niyaz). I told them it’s biddah but they are like “it’s our tradition,our ancestors did these, you shut up”. Now what should I do?

1. Sir what is the reward of keeping fast on 9th and 10th muharram? 2. Will my fast get accepted if I intend to fast on 9-10th Muharram with intention to cover my previous missed fardh fast? Will this suffice the covering of missed fardh fast as well fasting on 9-10th Muharram?

ANSWER: 1. Fasting the day of Ashoora expiates the sins of the previous year. 2. This is permissible.

In India some people they do not stand during nawafil prayer they say we pray nawafil salah sitting is this correct? What about fard prayers?

ANSWER: No problem in praying voluntary prayers sitting. This is permissible, though this would be half in reward of the person standing up if done without a valid reason. Standing up is a pillar in a fard prayer. Praying obligatory prayer while sitting with no legitimate reason is not permissible and the prayer is void.

Sheikh you mentioned in one of the video that one have to make the niyyah when the sacrifice is getting slaughtered right? But when I take these service I will not know when it is getting slaughtered , would it still be ok?

ANSWER: If you mean that you had authorized an organization to slaughter for you, this is sufficient as the niyyah was there and the one doing the slaughtering is also having the niyyah for you.

Alhumdulillah I recently became a Muslim. I started asking about the major sins. I am aware that drinking, unlawful intercourse and shirk are some of the major sins. In regards to unlawful intercourse I learnt that 4 witnesses are required. What if 4 witnesses are available can the man accused confess ? Please pray that my past as non-muslim are forgiven.
