Its a common phenomenon of life that i watch nightmare almost every night!it makes me pale whole day :(. And all the time i split in my left side as mentioned in hadeeth , ask allah to protect. ANSWER: This is a test from Allah and you shouldn’t be concerned with it or paying it any attention as the Prophet salla allahu alaihi wa sallam has told us that this is from satan and that such nightmares would never harm us or affect us.  Maintain your daily adhkar and especially dhikr before sleeping.
