I am 26 years old And I am too lazy to wake up and go to pray and everyday I decide I will pray 5times today but end up with no pray is there any dua I can make that keep shaitan away from me so I will have courage to go to pray ? Or is because of sin Allah doesn’t allow me to go pray? Most people says it is your sin!

ANSWER: If you don’t pray at all, you are not a Muslim anymore. You are in great danger.

If my parents backbite after advising them before can I walk out of the room to show them that I’m not happy with this? Maybe they would understand? I know this might not be the most respectful thing but with parents you can’t correct them straight away. You have to give them time and be patient. I can’t bear to listen. &with backbiting I’m sinful for listening to maybe this action can be useful.

Backbiting

ANSWER: You must change the subject but even after this if they continue to backbite, you must leave the room and this is not disrespectful as you’re supposed to follow Allah’s rules first.

I have a pendant with small butterfly and butterfly finger ring which i wear on daily basis i wanted to know is my prayer valid if i am wearing it and praying.

I wanted to ask about investing in treasury Bill’s. After retirement we are paid a huge sum of money and to just keep it you are afraid of alot of bad things happening like people defrauding u and all so can we invest the money knowing they will be safer. Thank you

ANSWER: Such bonds or treasury bills are loans to the government that generates riba and interest which is one of the 7 major sins in Islam.

Sheik what advice will I give my friend whose posting her pics showing all her body shape, sometimes showing some part of her body like stomach etc, and always she used to post pictures her hair is open no Hijab or something related. She used to post some short videos to public while she’s dancing shaking her body and sometimes she used to pour water in shirt ………..

My friends have planned to go to a restaurant to get together with the friends. It is only females gathering. Do u recommend to join it or not go, ie is it approriate for a female to go like that?

ANSWER: No problem in going providing you have your father or husband’s permission and it is safe and they are all abiding by the hijab.

Is it considered showing off good deeds if one post reminders of fasting on mondays and Thursdays or the 3 white days?.. If one were to be asked “are you fasting ” this voluntary fasts,how should one reply?

ANSWER: This is not showing off. Voluntary good deeds should be concealed. If someone asks you, there is no problem in saying yes.

Sheikh, as we know muslim ummah is suffering all around the world. Can we start a campaign of reading surah-fatah around the world at least one time in a day.

ANSWER: This is an innovation.

In Asian countries most parts,people after making some special dishes recite surah fatiha,some other surah and then they ask Allah to forgive the so and so dead people. I know this practice is an innovation but when someone brings that food to our home and we came to know after he left that the above innovation activity is done. So whether we should throw the food away or eat or give to someone?

ANSWER: This is an innovation. If the food is halal, you can eat it providing you are not participating with them in their gatherings.

Here in India people visit house to house for money collection to celebrate bid’ah such as Prophet’s (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) birthday, birthdays of saints, etc. Is it permissible to give them the money or should we denounce them?
