Such bonds or treasury bills are loans to the government that generates riba and interest which is one of the 7 major sins in Islam. 

I wanted to ask about investing in treasury Bill’s. After retirement we are paid a huge sum of money and to just keep it you are afraid of alot of bad things happening like people defrauding u and all so can we invest the money knowing they will be safer. Thank you
