While making up for the missed Ramadhan fasts if that day falls on monday & it is also one of the white days of the month should we only intend that we are making up our missed Ramadhan fasts & fast that day or should we intend for all three that is im fasting to make up fard of ramadhan plus sunnah of monday and white days to get the reward ??

Well today I woke up and just observed the minute arrow on the clock and eat the suhoor as it was showing that 5 minutes left. The question is according to Sharia for how much time a husband can live far from her wife if he works somewhere else.Here some scholars say that he can not live more than 40 days some say 4 months and if they donot have intercourse in that period the marriage is nullified automatically.Please explain acc.to Sharia.

ANSWER: You should shorten your prayers in the hotel. In congregation, follow the Imam. You should not pray the Sunnah of dhuhr, Maghrib and isha as Prophet ﷺ used to skip these while traveling. Other than that, you can pray as many voluntary prayers as you want.
