ANSWER:

There is no limit for such conditions and the marriage does not get nullified in such a way until they divorce each other. Out of necessity he can stay far from his wife as long as there is mutual consent. 

The question is according to Sharia for how much time a husband can live far from her wife if he works somewhere else.Here some scholars say that he can not live more than 40 days some say 4 months and if they donot have intercourse in that period the marriage is nullified automatically.Please explain acc.to Sharia.
