Is it true that if a Muslim passes away and get buried on Friday, then there is no questioning in grave till the judgement day. If someone passes away during holy month of Ramazan, then there is no questioning till the end of holy month. These statements are frequently given by many imams in Pakistan. Can you please advise about their authenticity.

We are 4 daughters(no brothers), survived by my mom. According to the shariah, the property has to be distributed to my uncle and 2 aunts. If the property to be inherited is not being distributed according to the shariah, What am I supposed to do? Can I refuse to take the property? ANSWER:  This must be distributed according to Shariah otherwise there is a severe punishment awaiting those who grab people’s property unjustly. You should try to tell them about Allah’s wrath.  Even after this if they don’t listen, you can take your share and give to your uncle and aunts whatever is extra from your share.

Shaykh, what is the islamic view on psychological disorders like autism spectrum disorder, bipolar, schizophrenia, and the like? Are the people with these disorders considered to be one of the people who are pardoned due to some sort of mental illness?
