ANSWER: 

This must be distributed according to Shariah otherwise there is a severe punishment awaiting those who grab people’s property unjustly. You should try to tell them about Allah’s wrath. 

Even after this if they don’t listen, you can take your share and give to your uncle and aunts whatever is extra from your share. 

We are 4 daughters(no brothers), survived by my mom. According to the shariah, the property has to be distributed to my uncle and 2 aunts. If the property to be inherited is not being distributed according to the shariah, What am I supposed to do? Can I refuse to take the property? Or should I take my share and then distribute from it to my uncle n aunts? Please advise
