A sister was given divorce/talaaq through a text message to her which was sent to her and her father's email. And when the father went to ask the man (i.e. his daughters husband) and his family about it they said the text message...
If the man said clearly that he intended it, the divorce is valid and after the three menses, if he doesn't reconcile with her, she can remarry again but it is highly recommended that the divorce is documented from the court or the Islamic center.

You should tell your mother that this is a major sin and that this money must be given in means of charity and that she can't keep it.
If someone watched pornographical material a long time ago in which the Hijab and Muslims honour are belittled and later he enjoyed remembering what he saw, is he Kafir? If so, please advise what he shall do to repent.

As per sunnah, during salah in sajdah when should a person make dua after reading subhana rabbi al aala? Since it is preferred to make all sajdahs of equal time. Should dua be made during fard salah or sunnah salah?
Dua'a should be done after saying the thikr. It can be said in Fard and voluntary prayers as well.
