It is not permissible.

If you give your zakat to a poor cancer patient to pay for his treatment, this is permissible.

I am from Pakistan and in Pakistan there is a Cancer hospital for poor people. People in Pakistan pay Zakat to this hospital. The name of the hospital is Shaukat Khanam. Is it permissible?
