They have their own evidences but it is weak.

Why do hanafi madhab followers pray witr 3 rakats like maghrib and do rafa yaden in the third rakah before reciting dua e qunoot,what is their daleel on this and how to explain them that this is wrong?

In salah, if I think I have missed a rakah then at the end do I make tasleem, 2 sujood and then do a rakah and then at the end do tasleem and 2 sujood and tasleem without tashahud?
