If your uncle gave his share to your father and there are witnesses, he has no right in that share any more.

Claiming back is a sin. The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam says: whoever goes back on his gift, he is like a dog that vomits and eats his vomit.

I must buy a house. Is this a type of riba statement? I don’t want it as a gift, rather it should be a loan, because I feel I must work for it (the house)…
