If you have no one Muslim in your family and you live in the USA, you should donate all you properties to an Islamic organization or to make a will that all your wealth would be utilized in buying commercial real estates which its income would be given to Islamic organization or Islamic TV channels.
This means that the reward for you would be continuous and not for a one shot only.
I know that Huda TV is one of the best Islamic TV channels and they don’t have the funds. They have been trying to enter UK and USA as they will cause a huge shift in the Islamic media.
If you wish, you can buy commercial properties in Egypt and make their income for producing Islamic programs and funding airing in Europe and USA. This would make your rewards continuous while you are in your grave and of course, mine as well as I introduced the idea to you!
By doing this, you will benefit and be rewarded with the same reward any person accepts Islam or learns something about Islam, without you doing anything physically.
