You must take ghusul after removing your nail polish and repeat the prayers you had performed. There is no sin on you for intercourse as you didn’t know.

When I saw purity, I took a ritual bath at night and had intercourse with my husband but later in the morning I found out that I forgot to take off my nail polish.
