This is a cultural thing!

Most Islamic countries consider this as part of honoring the husband and respecting him. Only those in the west consider this to be anti feminist and would fight against it!

Probably this is why their marriages don’t last long.

When everyone is sitting and eating if husband needs water is it responsibility of wife to get up and get it to him or if he himself takes water is there any problm like wife disrespects her husband like that.what if wife didnt take water n gve to him is it permissible in islm? Is it a sin?
