ANSWER:

He is still her wali until proven that he is a disbeliever or unfit to be her guardian as when he orders her to have boyfriends or to go to nightclubs etc.

When everyone is sitting and eating if husband needs water is it responsibility of wife to get up and get it to him or if he himself takes water is there any problm like wife disrespects her husband like that.what if wife didnt take water n gve to him is it permissible in islm? Is it a sin?
