It is best to burn them if they are written in Arabic text. You can also shred or bury in a clean ground.

There is a scheme in my area where 2500 members are participating in it and paying 14000 rupees,14 months respectively,and every month a couple of members win somethin like bike,car,plot,tvs,phones,etc.and everyone gets something or the other,noone is missed,So my question to you is, Is This Halal or Haram!
