ANSWER:

This is absolutely not permissible as it’s a form of gambling. 

If members contribute same amount every month and everyone gets a lumsome amount once and nobody pays a single penny extra or less then this is permissible. 

There is a scheme in my area where 2500 members are participating in it and paying 14000 rupees,14 months respectively,and every month a couple of members win somethin like bike,car,plot,tvs,phones,etc.and everyone gets something or the other,noone is missed,So my question to you is, Is This Halal or Haram! Coz am paying only 14000 and getting something expensive.
