This refers to those at the time of their Prophet and not at the time of our Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam. Therefore, any Christian or Jew who doesn’t believe in the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam will go to Hell. Those who were at the time of Moses and believed in him will go to Paradise. Also those who were at the time of Jesus and believed in him will go to Paradise as well.
