If he is befriending women you should reconsider marrying such a man. But if these are Islamic sites and he is only benefiting without chit chatting, this is ok.

There is a person who has just started learning about Islam, before he was not practising. From investigation and relatives he seemed good in religion and character, manners etc. Only thing I am worried about it is he follows Islamic posts of random men and women and has added them. Is this something to be concerned about?
