You can say either one and you don’t offer salutation after it as this is not from the sunnah.

There are different versions of the dua “Radhitu Billahi Rabban, wa bil Islami deenan, wa bi Muhammadin (ﷺ) nabiyan/rasoola” and one has “wa bi Muhammadin (ﷺ) nabiya wa rasoola” as the last line. Are they all authentic and mean the same? Does one need to say (ﷺ) every time they say this dua?
