ANSWER:

It’s not permissible to say it with such specific number.

You can send salutations anytime and as many times as you want, without a specific number. 

Is it an innovation to give salutation to the prophet 100 times.. Or do any specific dhikr.. Not thinking it to be something better in reward but doing cause we have free time. All during the day it’s hard to give salutation or do dhikr all time that is why will it be permissible to specify free time.
